Service
The platform supplies a subscription workspace and setup support shown in the package selected at checkout. Setup information must be accurate and supplied by an authorised representative.
Payments and access
The recurring subscription and one-time setup fee are shown before Stripe payment. Paid access is applied only after server-side payment verification. Failed, cancelled, refunded or disputed payments may suspend access. Prices exclude VAT where applicable.
Customer responsibility
Customers control their workspace users, lawful use of personal information, permissions, records and final business decisions. AI-supported outputs must be checked by an authorised person and do not replace legal, safeguarding, financial or professional advice.
Approval boundary
Agents may organise, research and draft, but external messages, publication, bids, spending, bookings and sensitive decisions require authorised human approval unless a separately documented automation has been expressly enabled.
Intellectual property and customer data
Music Rehab Centre Ltd retains the platform software, system design and reusable materials. Customers retain their own data and content and receive a non-transferable licence to use the subscribed service.
Ending access
Subscriptions continue until cancelled under the checkout and billing terms. MRP may restrict access for non-payment, misuse, security risk or material breach. Customers should export important records before access ends.
