Information used
We process account, organisation, subscription, onboarding, team, workflow and support information needed to provide the service. Stripe processes payment-card information; MRP receives payment and subscription status, not complete card details.
Purposes and lawful bases
Information is used to perform the customer contract, secure and administer the service, meet legal obligations and, where requested, provide optional analytics or marketing based on consent. Each customer organisation remains responsible for information it enters about its own people and activities.
Sharing, storage and retention
Approved infrastructure, authentication, payment and communication providers process only the information needed for their services. Records are kept only as long as required for the service, security, legal, tax and dispute purposes. Customer workspaces are separated by access controls and database policies.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Important data rule
Do not enter passwords, banking credentials, safeguarding case notes, medical information or identifiable learner records into agent prompts or the setup questionnaire.
